Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Executive to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our digital marketing services, including SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and Website Development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email campaigns.
  • Pitch digital marketing solutions (SEO, SEM, SMM, Content Marketing, Web Design, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for ongoing accounts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to understand service offerings and create customized proposals.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, business proposals, and service quotations to clients.
  • Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups in CRM tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing concepts like SEO, PPC, and Social Media Advertising.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Number of qualified leads generated per month.
  • Conversion rate from leads to clients.
  • Monthly and quarterly revenue targets achieved.
  • Client retention and satisfaction rate.
  • Growth in repeat or referral business.
