About the Role
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who thrives in the B2B offshore services space, with up to 5 years of relevant experience. You will be at the forefront of our sales operations - identifying growth opportunities, handling leads, and ensuring our services reach the right clients across international markets. You are detail-oriented, persistent, and driven by results while maintaining a consultative approach with prospects.
We're looking for a designer who has the following capabilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with tech startups and agencies globally.
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken), confident in client presentations and negotiations.
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads using outbound and inbound strategies.
- Work with various CRMs to track sales activity, pipeline, and client communications efficiently.
- Good understanding of UI/UX design and graphic design projects.
- Theoretical knowledge of design principles, philosophies, and platform guidelines
- Proper etiquette of documentation and thorough cataloging of content.
- Passionate about self-learning & self-education
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, nurture, and convert leads using outbound and inbound strategies.
- Proven experience in B2B business development for offshore services - agency, design, IT, or related domains.
- Use modern CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
- Research, identify, and apply for relevant RFPs and tenders in private and public sectors for design and creative service projects.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of clients requirements and present tailored design solutions during the pre-sales stage.
- Assist clients through the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closure and ongoing relationship management.
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure smooth communication, efficient project handovers, and client satisfaction.
- Outbound sales techniques and inbound lead generation & management.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize business development strategies.
- Deploy digital marketing practices & methodologies for lead generation.
- Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to spot industry trends and growth opportunities.
- Advanced proficiency in using AI tools for market research, lead generation, prospect analysis & strategy management. Simply saying, Yes, I use ChatGPT isn't going to cut it.
Preferred Candidates:
- Someone who has previously worked in the sales & BD teams focused on IT, or IT-enabled off-shore services.
- Strong English proficiency (written & spoken).
- Experience working in remote, multicultural, or international teams is a bonus.
- Self-starter, highly motivated, and eager to learn new business practices.
- An actively pursued hobby. (apart from Music, Movies & Travel)
- General awareness of current affairs and strong aptitude.
