Role Overview
You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with prospects, pitching impactful marketing solutions, and ensuring revenue growth. Collaboration with internal strategy & performance teams will be crucial to craft customized proposals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential clients in India & international markets
Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, networking events & partnerships
Understand client requirements and create tailored digital marketing solutions
Conduct discovery calls, pitch presentations & proposal discussions
Coordinate with internal teams (creative, performance, video, PR, tech) to build proposals
Maintain CRM hygiene, pipeline tracking & reporting (Zoho CRM preferred)
Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
Build long-term client relationships & ensure high retention
Track competition, trends & industry insights to optimize pitches

Strong communication & presentation skills
Confident, persuasive & strategic thinker
Can manage conversations with CXOs and marketing heads
Passion for sales and digital marketing
Self-driven with a hunger to learn and grow aggressively
Experience
Freshers & 13 Years Experience can apply
Experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising / SaaS / B2B Sales is a plus
Internship in business development or marketing preferred (not compulsory)
