Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenBusiness Development Executiveto join our interiors team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and project consultants, and driving revenue growth for the company's interior design and turnkey fit-out solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the residential, commercial, and corporate interior segments.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat and referral business.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, upcoming projects, and industry trends.
  • Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, events, digital outreach, and partnerships.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and quotations.
  • Collaborate with design, estimation, and project teams to ensure client requirements are effectively addressed.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in CRM tools.
  • Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote brand visibility.
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
  • 25 years of experiencein business development, preferably in the interior design, fit-out, or construction industry.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement and client relationship management.
  • Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
