We're now expanding our Business Development Team and looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to manage multiple Upwork accounts and help us generate consistent project opportunities.
Responsibilities- Manage and bid from Multiple Upwork accounts (training & guidelines provided).
- Write 810 personalized, high-quality proposals per day.
- Research, identify, and bid on relevant projects in web/app development, UI/UX, and SaaS domains.
- Maintain a proposal tracker sheet with details of submissions, replies, and conversions.
- Follow up on client messages and escalate leads to the Business Development Manager.
- Collaborate with our internal design and tech teams to prepare case studies or responses.
Who You Are- Strong written English and proposal writing skills.
- Understanding of Upwork platforms, bidding strategies, and client communication.
- Experience in IT services, web or app development (preferred but not mandatory).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
- Eager to grow with a fast-paced digital agency.
