Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a fast-paced Business Development Specialist located in Indore. The person will be responsible for effectively managing all communication and BD activities to help with the growth of the startup.

Qualifications

• Go Getter and Getting it Done attitute.
• Reaching out to potential buyers (corporate, retail) globally and within India
• Linkedin and other Social Platforms Familiarity
• Previous experience in corporate orders, retail, hospitality, skincare, healthcare preferred
• Excellent communication (English) and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in using technology to manage business processes
• Tremendous sense of ownership and responsibility that could mean finishing tasks outside work hours if needed
• Ability to write crisp professional emails, and multi-tasking
• Generate leads and convert on your own
• Previous experience in exports and global sales also preferred
