We're hiring for a Business Development role with a leading real estate developer.

About the Role

Lead business development and land acquisition initiatives by identifying, evaluating, and securing land parcels for residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Drive JV/JDA transactions, conduct feasibility studies, due diligence, DCPR/UDCPR analysis, and support strategic expansion.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire land through outright purchase, JV, JDA, and redevelopment opportunities.
• Conduct technical, legal, commercial, and financial due diligence.
• Prepare feasibility studies covering FSI, TDR, development potential, project viability, ROI, and profitability.
• Analyze DCPR/UDCPR regulations and coordinate with architects and consultants for project optimization.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, brokers, investors, and government authorities.
• Liaise with statutory bodies such as MCGM, CIDCO, MHADA, MMRDA, MIDC, PMRDA, and Revenue Departments for approvals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and lead the business development team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred). 15–18 years of experience in Business Development and Land Acquisition with a reputed real estate developer.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of DCPR/UDCPR, FSI, TDR, zoning regulations, land acquisition, redevelopment, and due diligence.
• Expertise in feasibility analysis, financial evaluation, stakeholder management, and negotiations.
• Sound understanding of land laws, RERA, and statutory approval processes.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and presentation skills.
