Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Specialist based in Ahmedabad. The position involves identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, conducting market research, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and providing excellent customer service. Some work-from-home flexibility is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Strong Lead Generation and Market Research skills to identify and pursue potential business opportunities
• Effective Communication skills to engage with clients and present ideas clearly
• Excellent Analytical Skills to evaluate market trends and business performance
• Customer Service experience with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and business development software (preferred, not mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset and goal-oriented approach.
