About Us:

Elite Virtual Employee is a fast-growing outsourcing and virtual staffing company that helps businesses worldwide scale efficiently with skilled remote talent. We are looking for a dynamic and driven business development executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound sales activities, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach to generate new business opportunities.

- Identify potential clients, understand their business needs, and pitch suitable service offerings.

- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.

- Conduct virtual meetings, presentations, and product/service demos for clients in UK/US markets.

- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualified meetings, and closures.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and progress in CRM tools.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.

- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities in the outsourcing/virtual staffing space.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 13 years of experience in outbound sales or international business development.

- Proven experience in cold calling and generating qualified leads for global markets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong command of English.
