- Engage with prospects to ascertain their needs and provide information about our products/services
- Evaluateleadsand maintain theleaddatabase for accurate tracking and reporting
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhanceleadconversion and ensure smooth handover of qualifiedleads
- Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refineleadgenerationtactics for B2B events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in marketing /business, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience inleadgenerationor sales support roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and online marketing strategies
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
