Role Description
This is a
full-time (remote yet accessible) role for a Business Development Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, conducting market research, and identifying potential customers.
The role includes managing customer service tasks, developing strategies to attract new clients, and maintaining strong communication with existing and potential clients. The specialist will work closely with other team members to drive business growth and ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Experience in Lead Generation and developing strategies
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in the relevant industry is a plus.
How does success at this role look like
Conversions! Generating monthly revenue of 20L with minimum growth potential upwards of 20% each corresponding quarter.
Package
12LPA (commensurate success fee at 10%)
Location of applicants (even if remote)
First preference: Mumbai or Dubai based.
Second preference: Ahmedabad, Delhi, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Pune.
