Role Overview

This role is for someone who understands how creative storytelling meets business strategy. You'll work closely with our leadership and creative teams to identify high-potential clients, pitch impactful ideas, and build relationships that help both our clients and our agency grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify high-potential clients including marketing managers, brand heads, founders, and key decision-makers across industries.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, and direct communication to generate qualified leads.
- Craft and present customized proposals, pitch decks, and growth strategies tailored to client goals and brand identity.
- Manage the entire sales pipeline, from lead qualification to closure ensuring consistent follow-ups and relationship nurturing.
- Maintain accurate client records and performance analytics using CRM tools and Excel to track outreach, conversions, and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing insights, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and innovative outreach approaches.
- Represent Be Rolling Media at meetings, events, and networking forums to build visibility and credibility within the marketing and production ecosystem.
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in business development, Lead Generation in a B2B setup, especially in a marketing agency or similar fields.
- Strong communication, pitching, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in outreach tools, LinkedIn networking, and CRM systems.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Sheets/Excel, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT, and Google Docs.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track, interpret, and act on data-driven insights.
- Ability to manage multiple leads and priorities with a balance of persistence and professionalism.
- A proactive approach, entrepreneurial spirit, and enthusiasm to grow with a fast-paced creative team.
