About the Role:
We are looking for a driven Business Development Specialist with experience in B2B sales within staffing, recruitment, or recruitment tech/job boards. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying, prospecting, and qualifying leads to support our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- :Conduct cold calling and outreach to prospective clients (5080 leads daily)
- .Identify and engage potential clients through email campaigns and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- .Develop a strong understanding of our staffing and recruitment solutions to present tailored offerings to prospects
- .Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems
- .Support the sales team by qualifying leads and setting up meetings for business development
- .Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve outreach strategies

Requirement
- s:34 years of experience in B2B pre-sales, business development, or sales within staffing, recruitment, recruitment tech, or job board
- s.Strong experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, or similar platforms for lead generatio
- n.Excellent cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skill
- s.Exceptional communication and presentation skill
- s.Comfortable working on-site in Gurugram; hybrid arrangements possible for exceptional talen
