Responsibilities

Reach out to brokers, vendors, and potential partners

Help generate leads and onboard customers

Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams

Manage and update basic Excel/Google Sheets data

Assist in social media posting and content coordination

Support growth campaigns and customer engagement activities

Conduct market research and competitor tracking

Help improve day-to-day operational efficiency
