Job Description

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

  • Sales & Client Outreach
  • Speak directly with inbound and outbound leads to understand their health goals and challenges.
  • Explain Livofy's nutrition offerings for weight loss, diabetes, thyroid, and PCOS in a simple and compelling way.
  • Guide prospects toward choosing the appropriate 3-month, 6-month, or 12-month plan and convert them into paying customers.
  • Follow up with warm leads regularly and manage a healthy pipeline.
  • Maintain accurate notes and updates for every conversation.
  • Account Management
  • Frequently check in with existing clients to ensure they're having a strong experience with their nutritionist.
  • Spot any early signs of dissatisfaction and escalate concerns internally so they're addressed quickly.
  • Build trust with clients and contribute to long-term retention.
  • Performance Tracking & Analysis
  • Track key metrics such as lead-to-conversion rate, retention rate, and overall client feedback quality.
  • Help compile data that reflects sales performance and client experience.
  • Share insights that can improve the sales funnel, account management flow, and overall client sentiment.
