Role overview
As a Business Development Representative, you will own the top of the funnel: identifying qualified prospects by researching company/profile fit, reaching out across channels (email, LinkedIn, phone, messaging), and booking discovery calls for the sales team. This role is ideal for high-potential freshers or early-career professionals who can learn quickly and enjoy hunting for opportunities.
Key responsibilities
- Research and identify target companies and decision-makers using LinkedIn, company sites, directories and other channels.
- Build and maintain prospect lists in the CRM (create accurate contact records, tagging, and company notes).
- Execute multi-channel outreach (cold email, LinkedIn connection + message, phone, and other relevant channels).
- Book qualified discovery calls for Account Executives / Senior BD; coordinate calendars and follow-ups.
- Nurture early-stage prospects with personalised cadence and update CRM activity.
- Achieve weekly/monthly outreach and meeting booking targets.
- Work with Marketing & Sales to refine ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), email copy and sequences.
- Report on outreach metrics and pipeline contribution.
Who should apply
- Fresh graduates or 02 years of experience with strong communication skills.
- Strong online research skills and comfort using LinkedIn.

- Comfortable making calls and writing tailored outreach messages.
- Prior internship in sales/BD/research.
- Experience with outreach tools or sequences.
