Client Engagement & OutreachPartner with sales representatives and cross-functional teams to develop targeted outreach plans and cadence content. Create compelling outreach materials by interpreting market data and crafting strong value-based hooks for client communications. Build and manage cadences in sales tools, ensuring consistent outreach to new prospects. Schedule capability meetings and coordinate with sales reps for smooth handoffs. Develop nurture cadences and monitor performance for optimisation. Support marketing initiatives by contributing to campaigns and client engagement activities.
Lead Tracking & Market InsightsSME Client Support (Northstar - Worldpanel SME Partner)Perform initial robustness checks on client setup forms before submitting to Operations. Raise and manage operations tickets for NS report builds, client domains, and user creation. Address coding checks for new products identified in NS setup forms. Coordinate with the Operations team on market scope creation and hierarchy alignment for new clients. Build new client reports using existing templates and conduct QC checks prior to release. Manage permissioning in Salesforce and validate with Operations. Support the NS team with setup-related queries, report adjustments, and robustness checks.
