Locad is growing fast across Southeast Asia and Australia and we're on the lookout for a sharp, energetic Business Development Representative who loves outreach, conversations, and opening doors with high-potential India-based consumer brands. If you enjoy the hustle, love talking to founders, and feel pumped about building something big, this role is for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Market Research & Lead Gen

  • Get familiar with all of Locad's services.
  • Research India-based consumer brands that can scale internationally.
  • Find and pursue new business opportunities to grow our client base.

Sales Outreach & Strategy

  • Build and run sales strategies to hit (and hopefully smash!) targets.
  • Do outbound outreach through email, phone, and LinkedIn to generate quality leads.
  • Work with the Management team on target lists, call pitches, and messaging.

Building Relationships

  • Build solid relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Lead high-level conversations with senior execs at target companies.
  • Understand their pain points and match them with how Locad can help.

Working With the Team

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver the best solutions for clients.
  • Keep all your tasks, contacts, and notes updated in HubSpot (our CRM).
  • Share regular updates on your outreach, pipeline, and performance.

Improving & Innovating

  • Always be curious about new tools, trends, and ways to improve your sales game.
  • Try new things, iterate, and keep levelling up.

What You'll Bring:

Experience & Skills

  • 23 years in sales or lead generation (bonus if it's B2B).
  • Proven success in business development or sales especially in logistics or e-commerce.
  • Confident using CRM tools (we use HubSpot).
  • Comfortable using email, LinkedIn, and other tools to generate leads.

Your Mindset

  • Super proactive and self-motivated.
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong at analyzing situations and solving problems.
  • Able to multitask and manage your time well.
  • Good at identifying business pain points and turning them into revenue opportunities.
  • Skilled at networking, building relationships, and closing deals.
