Job Description

Grow Your Staff is seeking a Business Development Specialist for Fuse Capital, a Debt advisory firm based in London, United Kingdom. The position is a full-time remote position.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative to join Fuse Capital's growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities in the private debt space through cold calls, LinkedIn, emails, and leveraging their network, thereby contributing to the expansion of Fuse Capital's market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a key role in Fuse Capital's growth strategy and make a significant impact in the financial services industry.

Experience required: 2-3 years

CTC: 8-10 LPA

Location: Remote

Time- 1:00 pm- 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)

Type of employment- Full-time

Responsibilities

  • Assist BDRs in identifying and targeting potential clients in the private debt space through market research, networking, and data sourcing
  • Good at market research and flexible to work across patches (geo)
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts including cold emailing, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach
  • Help build and maintain a strong top-of-the-funnel sales pipeline by qualifying leads and scheduling meetings
  • Use AI-powered tools to personalize outreach and optimize engagement strategies
  • Stay updated on industry trends, company offerings, and competitor activity to enhance outreach quality
  • Coordinate with marketing and BDR teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment on campaigns
  • Manage administrative and operational tasks related to CRM updates, data entry, and performance tracking

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience 2-3 years in lead generation and business development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Experience with LinkedIn and other lead generation tools, including outreach through email and social media
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales pipeline management tools
  • Ensuring the CRM admin is updated on a daily basis by adding new contacts and updating the deals as and when logged in
