Role Overview
We're looking for a
driven Business Development Representative to join our growth team. You'll play a key role in identifying, connecting with, and converting potential clients, helping us expand our presence across industries and geographies. This is a hands-on role with strong growth potential for high performers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients across sectors, primarily B2B and tech.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline of leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels.
- Understand client needs and present tailored solutions aligned with Versatile's offerings.
- Manage and track client interactions using CRM tools, providing timely updates to the team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Contribute to strategy discussions on improving outreach and conversion processes.
Requirements
- 24 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Lead Generation (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven track record of building client pipelines and closing deals.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRMs and outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and solution-oriented.
