Job Description

We are seeking driven and results-oriented Business Development Partners to spearhead our student acquisition efforts across key territories in India. This role is pivotal in expanding our student base and driving revenue growth through effective sales and relationship-building strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Student Acquisition:
    • Actively identify and engage potential students within the age group of 16-25 across the designated sales territories.
    • Conduct effective sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our products/services and addressing student needs.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, educational institutions (schools, colleges and universities) and key stakeholders in the education sector.
    • Participate in educational fairs, workshops, and other events to promote our offerings and generate leads.
    • Utilize various online and offline channels to reach and engage potential students.
  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets (minimum 10 student enrollments per month).
    • Develop and execute sales plans to maximize student acquisition within the assigned territories.
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Foster strong relationships with enrolled students, providing ongoing support and ensuring their satisfaction.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, guiding students in making informed decisions about their educational journey.
    • Maintain open communication channels and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
Requirements

  • Proven Sales Success: Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages of the assigned territories.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build rapport and establish trust with students, parents, and educational institutions.
  • Persuasive and Consultative: Skilled in presenting information clearly and convincingly, addressing objections effectively.
  • Self-Motivation and Drive: Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Basic Internet Skills: Proficient in using excel, internet tools for communication, research, and lead generation.

Compensation And Reporting

  • Commission-Based: This role offers a performance-driven compensation structure based on student enrollments. There is no limit on your earning potential.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly Student Enrollments: Number of new student enrollments achieved each month.
  • Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into enrolled students.
  • Student Satisfaction: Feedback and testimonials from enrolled students.
  • Territory Growth: Expansion of student base within the assigned sales territories.
  • Lead Generation: Number of qualified leads generated through various channels.

  • Achieve and Exceed Sales Targets: Consistently meet and surpass monthly sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth.
  • Build a Strong Student Base: Expand our student community across the designated territories through effective acquisition strategies.
  • Foster Student Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of student satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Enhance Brand Awareness: Increase brand visibility and recognition among students and educational institutions.
