Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Manager to drive lead generation, build strong client relationships, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through Zoho CRM
• Conduct outbound calling to potential clients
• Present company services to prospects and convert leads into opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and follow-ups in CRM

Education:

• BBA / English Honours from DU (Full-time) OR
• MBA (Full-time)

Compensation:

• 25,000 to 35,000 per month

Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in Retail, F&B, or Telecom industry
