Key Responsibilities- Drive sales and business growth in the government and education sector (schools, colleges, universities, training institutes).
- Identify and pursue business opportunities through GeM portal, government tenders, and institutional procurement processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in government departments, educational institutions, and PSUs.
- Promote and sell IT hardware (interactive panels, projectors, AV solutions, etc.) and furniture solutions to target clients.
- Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals as per client/tender requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and government policy updates relevant to education and IT infrastructure.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the region.
Candidate Profile- Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in government/education verticals.
- Strong knowledge of GeM portal, e-tendering, and government procurement processes.
- Experience in furniture / IT hardware / AV equipment sales preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets in a competitive market.
