Development, Growth & New Clients Acquisition

Being the main point of contact for the client, handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs.

Stay on top of accounts, making sure they receive services and meet their needs.

Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Meet regularly with Recruitment Delivery team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve efficiency.

Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization.

Additional responsibility will be to acquire new logos/ new clients.

Background in recruitment & staffing organisations are preferred

Required Skills And Qualifications.

3-5 years of professional experience in Business Development

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

MBA would be preferred
