We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager who has a strong background in the staff augmentation industry, proven success in sales, and the ability to lead a team while achieving individual targets.

Role Overview

As a BDM, you'll drive business growth by acquiring new clients, leading and mentoring the sales team, and ensuring revenue goals are consistently met both individually and collectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the IT staff augmentation domain.
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of business development executives.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with C-level executives, HR heads, and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and timely deployment.
  • Track team and individual performance using CRM tools and ensure KPIs are met.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competition, and market shifts.
  • Candidate Requirements

    Minimum 5 years of experience in B2B sales within the IT staff augmentation or staffing industry

    Proven experience in team leadership and mentoring

    Strong understanding of contract hiring for global tech clients

    Demonstrated success in individual and team-based target achievement

    Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills

    Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management
