Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in Indore. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Day-to-day tasks include managing a sales pipeline, conducting market research, prospecting leads, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless client onboarding.

  • Skills in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Lead Generation
  • Client Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
  • Experience with Market Research and Competitor Analysis
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed performance targets and deadlines
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior experience in the tech or telecom industry is a plus
