Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic Manager Sales & Business Development for Freight Forwarding division (Air & Sea) based in Delhi. The role involves generating and following up on quotations, planning sales visits, securing new clients, managing receivables, and collaborating with internal teams and overseas partners to convert leads into business.

Location: Delhi

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international clients, overseas partners, and internal departments.
• Achieve individual Operating Income (OI) targets in alignment with organizational sales objectives.
• Ensure credit approvals are in place for all credit-based clients; support the Finance team in maintaining receivables within agreed terms.

Qualifications

• Candidates must hold a graduate degree in any discipline.
• Diploma in Logistics, Import & Export, or Transportation is an added advantage
• 58 years of experience in freight forwarding (both air and sea)
