Job Description

Job Summary: Responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and partners, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth.

Conduct market analysis and competitor research to stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed revenue targets.

Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure a consistent flow of new business opportunities.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs):

Revenue Growth: Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.

New Business Acquisition: Secure a minimum number of new clients or projects within a specified timeframe.

Sales Pipeline Growth: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline with a minimum number of qualified leads.

Client Satisfaction: Maintain a high level of client satisfaction through regular feedback and issue resolution.

Market Share Growth: Increase market share through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.

Proposal Conversion Rate: Achieve a minimum proposal conversion rate to ensure effective use of resources.
