Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, managing client accounts, and ensuring their satisfaction with HOZO CARS services. The Business Development Manager will also be responsible for market analysis, developing and executing sales strategies, and crafting proposals to secure contracts with corporate clients. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and driving revenue growth are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in business development, client acquisition, and account management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and proposal creation
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities
  • Proficiency in relationship-building and stakeholder engagement
  • Experience in the automotive or travel industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a diverse team
