Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager who have experience with US clients to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our business development and sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our company. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record in business development, sales, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Identify and Generate Business Opportunities by proactively seeking new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to the client's needs.

Build and manage Client Relationships, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Conduct product/service demonstrations and articulate the value proposition effectively.

Negotiation and Closing, Lead negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.

Market Intelligence, Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and customer needs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Excellent experience of working with US Clients and having good verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to create impactful presentations and proposals.
