We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in our Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and a passion for connecting clients with the right talent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in RPO services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or RPO services.
  • Strong understanding of RPO services and the recruitment process.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in market analysis and lead generation techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
