Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive growth in RPO services.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in recruitment or RPO services.
- Strong understanding of RPO services and the recruitment process.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficient in market analysis and lead generation techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
