Job Summary:Royallinks is seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Manager to expand our market presence, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, negotiation abilities, and experience working in the construction/real estate or related industries.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through various channels.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and industry professionals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to understand requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare and deliver detailed proposals, quotations, and project-related documents.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, site team, and management) to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to suggest strategic improvements.
- Maintain an updated database of client interactions and sales activities.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, networking events, and industry meetings.
- Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in business development, preferably in construction, real estate, or project-based industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
