Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Pune. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting market research, and analyzing industry trends. The role also involves developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth, negotiating contracts, and managing sales processes to achieve set targets.

- Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
- Strong skills in market research, industry analysis, and strategic planning
- Ability to negotiate contracts and manage sales processes effectively
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus
- Experience in the real estate industry is preferred
