Job Summary
ODAPLUS seeks a motivated Business Development Manager to expand its client base by identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and delivering tailored business solutions that drive growth and success.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio and increase revenue
- Build and sustain strong professional relationships with new and existing clients to foster loyalty and repeat business
- Conduct detailed business reviews to assess clients needs and objectives for tailored solution recommendations
- Recommend and explain suitable business solutions including consulting, corporate advisory, insurance, employee benefits, energy solutions, financing, family office advisory, IPO readiness, and growth planning
- Prepare clear, persuasive proposals and presentations to secure client engagement and contracts
- Represent ODAPLUS at networking events, seminars, roadshows, and business meetings to generate leads and enhance brand presence
- Collaborate effectively with internal specialists and strategic partners to deliver integrated, comprehensive client solutions
- Achieve individual and team business targets by driving sales activities and closing deals
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma, A-Level, or Degree qualification
- Experience in sales, banking, insurance, business development, or customer service is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills demonstrated through client engagement and relationship management
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable initiating contact and building professional relationships with diverse clients
- Fresh graduates are welcome training will be provided
