Business Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager who can generate and close qualified leads, guide our six-member business development team, and introduce new strategies to increase revenue.

The primary focus will be acquiring web development, SEO, digital marketing, and related technology projects from international markets, particularly the USA, UK, Australia, and Canada.

Key responsibilities:

• Generate qualified international leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, partnerships, referrals, and other channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery calls to proposals, negotiation, and closing.
• Guide, train, and monitor our six-member business development team.
• Set weekly and monthly targets and review team performance.
• Improve outreach messages, follow-up systems, proposals, and sales processes.
• Identify new markets, services, partnerships, and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular reports.
• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure realistic commitments and smooth client onboarding.
• The ideal candidate should have proven experience generating and closing international business for a digital agency or IT services company. This is a results-driven role, with the primary goal of building a predictable pipeline and increasing revenue from overseas markets.
