Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Key tasks include conducting market research, developing strategies to secure clients, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The role will also involve attending events, networking, and representing Matrix Entertainment to potential clients and partners.

Qualifications
  • Strong business development skills, including client acquisition, market research, and lead generation
  • Experience in sales strategies, contract negotiations, and revenue growth
  • Proficiency in communication, relationship management, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of event planning, event management processes, and industry trends
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on results
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
  • Experience in the event planning or entertainment industry is a plus
