Job Description

Must have Marketing Services Sales Experience (5 to 7 Years)

Develop Strategy and Execute Sales Plan to penetrate assigned Outsourcing sector in the assigned region: [60% of the role]

  • Plan and develop the sales strategy to grow revenue and penetrate market share within the offshore services in assigned geography.
  • Increase sales pipeline by initiating and developing relationships with key operations stakeholders within targeted industries for Marketing , Recruitment, Insurance .
  • Create sales pipeline via aggressive lead generation followed by conducting discovery and prospecting calls with qualified clients.
  • Research, design, and present solutions to key prospects.
  • Fine-tune the existing sales approach through building best practices that help impact prospecting, sales messaging, pipeline management, scoping of operations delivery needs, and expansion into new operations markets.
  • Attending meetings, conducting strategy workshops, designing operations solutions, and helping the offshore teams with the successful implementation of such programs.
  • Work along with existing sales and marketing team, designing cohesive go-to market strategy for the division.

Key Account Management [40% of the role]

  • Partnering with IMS Group Talent Acquisition team to ensure the proper and timely recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining of operations teams capable of delivering unparalleled offshore talent to new and current client business.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients complaints and acting as the main point of contact between key clients and operations delivery teams as and where required.
  • Serving as the liaison between the operations delivery teams assigned to each key client as and where required.
  • Scoping operations gaps and/or deficiencies within existing client base and providing recommendations for offshore services that can lead to spend allocation improvement and process efficiencies.
  • Participate in Strategic Outcome Team Initiatives
  • Attend weekly Strategic Outcome Team meetings to monitor progress of multi-year strategic outcomes.

The job role would require you to:

  • Create aggressive sales pipeline through cold calling, qualifying leads and prospecting leads.
  • Adding new clients/seats as per assigned promises.
  • Analyze sales data and statistics.
  • Ability to manage multiple key Accounts accounts without compromising on the quality of services provided.
  • Manage typically up to 20 Key Accounts.
  • Addressing and resolving key clients complaints and acting as the main point of contact between key clients and operations delivery teams as and where required.
  • Supervising and guiding the operations delivery teams assigned to each key client as and where required.
  • Communicate and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve business strategies.
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for various key clients.
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions.

Generating 10 Prospect Deals in HubSpot/week.

Conduct Minimum 5 Sales Discovery Calls/week.

Generate 20 Headcount Sales/quarter.

Thorough knowledge of outsourced services and sales (ideally 7-10+ years of experience) and hands on sales of operations solutions and/or offshore sales, as well as implementing and managing offshore (delivery) teams and strategy.

The ability to multitask.

Self-starter with strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Excellent communication skills.
