What You'll Do:
- Franchise Growth: Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand our business footprint.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, retail partners, and alliance stakeholders.
- Strategic Alliances: Initiate and manage tie-ups, partnerships, and collaborations that drive growth and brand visibility.
- Market Research: Conduct research to spot new opportunities in the retail and healthcare sectors.
- Partner Support: Assist franchise partners with business planning, operations, and performance optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, training, and partner support.
- Target Achievement: Drive revenue growth by meeting franchise acquisition and strategic alliance goals.
- Industry Representation: Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry networking forums.
