Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for an Assistant Manager in Insurance Operations. The Assistant Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, manage client relationships, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and handle customer service inquiries. Responsibilities also include analyzing operational data, improving internal processes, and supporting the Operations Manager in achieving department goals. The candidate will need to resolve issues promptly while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Acquisition of HNI clients for Portfolio Management, Financial Products etc.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to interpret data for process improvement
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
  • Proven leadership experience and problem-solving abilities
