As the Business Development Manager for Northern India at KAN Innovations, your core objective is to spearhead the promotion, awareness, and revenue generation of our plantar pressure systems across the region. This entails leveraging multiple channels such as distributors/dealers and direct sales. Additionally, a critical aspect of your role involves effectively managing, empowering, and motivating our existing network of distributors while also expanding our distributor base to cover all territories within the region.

Your responsibilities include:

Devising and implementing strategic plans to enhance brand visibility and market share in the Northern India region.

Identifying and on-boarding new distributors for territories where coverage is lacking, ensuring comprehensive market penetration.

Collaborating closely with existing distributors to understand their needs, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Providing ongoing support, training, and resources to empower distributors and their teams to achieve sales targets.

Conducting regular reviews and assessments of distributor performance against set KPIs and targets.

Facilitating communication and coordination between distributors and internal teams, including sales, marketing, and support.

Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decision-making.

Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across all distributor activities.

Proactively reaching out to customers to provide product demonstrations and support, ensuring that they fully understand the technology and its benefits.

Assisting customers with demonstrations until the distributor's team is fully capable of conducting effective demos.

Taking responsibility for ensuring that distributors achieve their targets, employing proactive measures and support as necessary to drive performance.

Requirements:

1.Proven experience in business development, preferably within the medical device or healthcare industry.

2.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving ambitious goals.

3.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for building rapport and trust with stakeholders at all levels.

4.Strategic mindset with the capacity to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.

5.Demonstrated track record of successfully managing distributor networks and driving revenue growth.

6.Willingness to travel extensively within the Northern India region as per business requirements.

7.Location: Northern India (Delhi NCR).
