Job Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and generate qualified leads in international markets (US, EU, APAC, Middle East) through outbound prospecting, partnerships, industry networks, and digital outreach.
- Build and manage a strong opportunity pipeline mapped to companys's core offerings.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential target accounts.
- Leverage multiple channels - email, LinkedIn, and cold calls - to engage prospects and initiate conversations.
- Initiate and nurture high-quality conversations with CXOs, Product Heads, and Technology Leaders to establish interest and build long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with marketing and presales teams to create outreach campaigns, account intelligence, and positioning strategies.
- Develop compelling outreach content, pitches, and prospect engagement strategies to maximize response rates.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance and conversion metrics in CRM.
- Represent company at industry events, forums, and digital communities to expand brand visibility and generate opportunities.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Development within IT services, technology consulting, or digital services firms.
- Proven success in generating opportunities in overseas markets (North America, Europe, APAC, Middle East).
- Strong background in outbound prospecting, account research, and stakeholder engagement.
- Hands-on experience with prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, or similar.
- Experience leveraging multi-channel outreach - email, LinkedIn, and cold calls - to connect with senior decision-makers.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior decision-makers.
- Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
