Salary Range: 3.5 -6 LPA
Location: Agra, Ambala, Barielly, Chandigarh, Delhi, Gurugram, Noida, Ludhiana, Meerut, Moradabad
Years of Experience Required: 2-6 years
Notice Period: immediate to 30 day

Responsibilities
Recruit and manage a team of agency leaders and agents.
Ensure recruitment targets for agency leaders and agents are exceeded.
Maintain compliance with IRDA guidelines.
Enhance agent and nancial executive capabilities and performance.
Support sales promotion activities and overall agency operations.

Qualifications
