Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and onboard new brand clients for influencer marketing campaigns.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers across brands and agencies.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, outbound prospecting, and industry events.
- Understand client objectives and recommend tailored influencer marketing solutions.
- Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiations, deal closure, and account handover.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Consistently achieve revenue targets and contribute to the company's growth.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in Brand Sales, Business Development, or Influencer Marketing Sales.
- Strong network and existing relationships with brands across India (PAN India).
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing high-value business deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and passionate about the digital marketing and creator economy.
