Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Academic Counselor to join our team at our Netaji Subhash Place location. The Academic Counselor will play a key role in guiding and supporting our students as they pursue their academic and professional goals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Conducting outbound sales calls or virtually meeting to potential clients.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

- Understanding client needs and recommending appropriate products or services.

- Demonstrating product knowledge and features to clients.

- Negotiating terms of sales agreements and contracts.

- Following up on leads and inquiries promptly.

- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and and get rewarded with high Incentives.

- Keeping accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

- Providing excellent customer service before and after the sale.

- Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve company goals.

- Staying updated on industry trends and competitors.

- Attending sales meetings, training sessions, and conferences as required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in admissions, counseling, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the education industry and a passion for helping individuals achieve their career goals.
