You will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and acquiring brands, agencies, production houses, and franchise teams for music licensing.
- Converting leads through structured sales processes discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Educating partners on copyright-safe music usage and positioning Hoopr Smash as the default micro-sync solution.
- Maintaining accurate sales pipelines and forecasts; updating CRM daily with progress and touchpoints.
- Working closely with legal, content, and product teams to structure deals and resolve queries.
- Managing post-sale relationships to drive renewals, track usage, and uncover upsell opportunities.
Experience Required
- 36 yearsin SaaS, media-tech, or any B2B subscription/solution sales role.
- Strong understanding ofsales processes SPANCO / BANT or similar frameworks.
- Hands-on experience working withCRM tools, outbound sequences, sales documentation, and funnel reporting.
- Ability to build trust with senior marketers, agency leaders, and procurement teams.
- Analytical mindset able to read usage, campaign data, and build logic for pricing and proposals.
- High ownership, resilience, and comfort in afast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Interest in music, content, pop culture or creator economy is a bonus but a big advantage.
