About the Company

HEATCURE has pioneered the introduction of Japanese nanotechnology glass coatings in India, UAE & Saudi Arabia. Their flagship product is a transparent coating designed to block up to 85% of the sun's heat, as well as 90% of infrared (IR) and ultraviolet (UV) rays, thereby reducing indoor temperatures by 4 to 10 degrees Celsius. This innovation not only enhances indoor comfort but also contributes to significant energy savings by reducing the reliance on air conditioning systems.

Position Overview

The Business development Manager will be driving business with key accounts including architects, builders, glass faade consultants, corporate offices, hotels, hospitals, airports, educational institutions, and government bodies & B2C clients. This role requires a strategic thinker who can open high-value accounts, build long-term partnerships.

Job description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate decision-makers: architects, facility managers, procurement heads, and sustainability officers.
  • Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • Drive business expansion by on boarding B2B & B2C clients, Architects, Interior Designers.
  • Outreach to B2B clients demonstrate the product and do closures.
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
  • Successfully generate business from new and existing customer accounts.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

Required Skills

  • Candidate should be focused and have good communication skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4-6 years prior business development experience.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent.
  • Candidate having experience in b2b Sales, time share selling, solution selling, interior project based product selling etc. will be an additional advantage.
