We're Hiring: Business Development Manager (BDM)

Location: Noida Sector-63

Type: Full-time | Work from Office

Industry: Growth Marketing / Digital Marketing Agency

Growthym is expanding its core growth team and is looking for a Business Development Manager with 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing agency, who has already worked with international clients and knows how to close.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career but serious about building a long-term growth journey.

What you will own
  • Outbound sales for international markets including the US UK Middle East and EU
  • Complete deal ownership from prospecting to closure
  • Upwork bidding and account handling mandatory
  • Converting inbound leads into long-term retainers
  • Working closely with leadership on proposals pricing and sales strategy
Mandatory requirements (non-negotiable)
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in a marketing or growth agency
  • Proven outbound sales experience with international clients
  • Hands-on Upwork bidding experience with closures
  • Ability to sell SEO performance marketing content ABM and growth retainers
  • Strong communication skills with founders and CXO-level stakeholders
