Job Description:

Responsible for generating business from Automotive OEMs and Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) in Europe.

Lead and manage the Business Development team to achieve revenue growth targets.

Collaborate with internal technical teams, management, and global client teams to support business expansion.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Ability to work with global stakeholders across regions.

• Self-motivated with strong business development and negotiation skills.

Functional Requirements:

15+ years of experience in the Engineering Services industry within the Automotive domain.

• Hands-on experience in business generation for Design and CAE services (FEA, MBD, CFD).

• Proven track record of developing business with Automotive OEMs and Engineering Service Providers.

• Strong understanding of Automotive Engineering and related services.

• Demonstrated leadership experience in managing customers, business, and teams
