Job Title: Business Development Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is essential for driving the growth and expansion of our company within the USA market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the OEMs , Automotive, Golfcart, Forklifts, Lawn Mowers, Tractor Motors, EV, Construction Equipment industry, a proven track record of building relationships, and a passion for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve organizational goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with overall company objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate RFQ's and close deals to secure profitable business agreements.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management on a regular basis.
- Should have good experience working managing RFQ Process ( customer identification, generating RFQs, Suubmitting quotes, negotiations & business nomination.
- Shuold have good experience managing global customers
- Should have managed back end work required from plants, engineering, product managers after RFQ recieved till business award.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to represent the company and promote services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Strong understanding of corporate finance, marketing, and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
