Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Noida. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, creating proposals, and executing sales strategies. They will actively involve in market research, networking, attending industry events, and ensuring client satisfaction while meeting company targets and objectives.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
• 3+ years in creating proposals, executing sales strategies, and achieving targets
• Strong communication and networking abilities
• Market research, analysis, and reporting skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Experience in the HR and management services industry is a plus
